Cozy rooms, very clean toilet/shower.
No bedding, it's expensive for a hostel.

During my recent transit in Mumbai, I stayed at Bombay Backpackers and found two features of the provided database to be particularly helpful. the hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji International, was a great convenience. With the airport being just 6 km away, it made my travel experience smoother and less time-consuming. the location of Bombay Backpackers, which is situated at a distance of 9 km from Andheri, was also advantageous. It allowed me easy access to various transportation options, making it easier for me to explore the city during my short stay.
While my overall experience at Bombay Backpackers was satisfactory, there was one minor drawback that I encountered. The rooms at the hotel were compact and closed most of the time, leading to a slight discomfort.

The concierge service and tour desk were clutch - they hooked us up with all the info we needed to explore Mumbai like bosses. And the free WiFi was a game-changer, we were able to flex on social media with all our sick travel pics!
If there's one thing we would've asked for, it's a party zone just for young peeps like us. Like, imagine a sick rooftop terrace with dope music and neon lights where we could turn up and make memories.

I had such a blast at this adults-only place, hanging out in the shared lounge and exploring the beautiful garden. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the library had me feeling right at home.
I just loved how there were only two toilets and showers for the entire hostel. Waiting in line was such a thrilling experience!

I had a great stay at Bombay Backpackers! The room was superb and incredibly clean, definitely worth the money. The bathroom was also super clean and the common room was well organized. I especially liked the kitchen, it had everything I needed.
The food for breakfast could be better.

I absolutely loved my stay at a backpackers' hostel in India. The hostel, with its excellent wifi and social atmosphere, provided a truly memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist guests, even negotiating with the local tuk tuk drivers to ensure fair prices. The hostel itself was modern and colorful, offering fully air-conditioned rooms. Its perfect location near the train station and airport, as well as the availability of 24/7 transportation options, made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, stepping outside the hostel exposed me to the vibrant street food and the real India. I would highly recommend staying at this hostel, Bombay Backpackers.
Nothing bad to say 😊

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space for our romantic escape. The AC units were efficient and helped create a pleasant atmosphere. the filtered water provided in the hotel saved us from constantly buying bottled water. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and having a nearby restaurant that offered delicious food and even delivered to our room.
the lack of hot water made it impossible for us to enjoy a warm shower together. the language barrier became quite frustrating when the English-speaking staff was not available, leaving us with no one to assist us with our queries.

I had a wonderful 6-day stay at Bombay Backpackers. The hostel is conveniently located in the posh west Bandra area, with easy access to beautiful gardens, beaches, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially the receptionist Vidhya, were friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was well-maintained, with comfortable beds, spotless kitchen, modern toilets, and amenities like AC. The Wifi was great, and they even provided Chai and breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!
Would definitely recommend this hostel.
